Literally hated the fitness test days in middle school. Mostly because of this exercise (and the sit and reach box). 6months ago, maybe 1 half pull-up. Now, a few full reps at the end of a full workout. Not where I wanna be, but we getting there. 💪🏼💪🏼✌🏼🤙🏼
