@ZenDollData @HighVizAbility What would be the purpose of this as opposed to just removing it from the dashboard? Is it purely just having it there for development purposes?
Thanks!
#r4ds community have any interesting datasets, ideas?

I heard a problem about how parking lots in CA and I am sure other urban areas need x% of the parking lot covered by tree shadows? Great #geometry lesson. https://t.co/BAqUpdRYLF.
Okay y'all. My students have spoken and would really be interested in examining climate change in math class. Any thoughts on how to do this? Any good projects that you might have for middle school math (5th, 6th, 7th and Algebra 1)? #MTBoS
Thank you to all the panelists (@connect4mary, @AlDatavizguy, @ramahala15) and @abmakulec for putting this on! It was a great experience and incredibly insightful. Lots and lots of links to read through and digest.

@datavizlinds Thank you for walking us through your process. It is fun getting to see how one of the greats processes vizzes and what decisions go into making something powerful. Plus @Spotify and their song metrics are the best!
#Dataviz people: client has a hard time reading a two-way table, got any other suggestions? Sankey maybe? We are trying to show overlap from one dimension to many others and vice versa

@Al_Grigor I am a biz analyst consultant now, but I am wanting to get more into Data Science. My clients are pretty early in the data maturity continuum.
One project I have done internally is to try and predict whether or not my firm wins opps. It wasn't charge time but it was fun!
@evergreendata It feels like the level of detail can get so small that it any sort of research applies only to that level. Does that make sense? Maybe it's like you said, that having multiple resources/refs (perhaps one's that disagree) often helps with this.
@evergreendata I did. I guess what I am trying to get at is, is there broader based research, like Heather said, of Global South data best practices or other perhaps regionally based ones, or other demographic-based research-based "best practices"? Then, do you write to those demographics?
