@talktoBOI This is happening far too often, I’m moving bank. Customer service is a joke. Going to a branch is a joke, being directed by floor staff to use the phone booths , I have a phone... App is a joke. Second 24 hour outage in the last few months.

@bankofireland you charge €6 a month for a service that is deeply flawed.. you will continue to lose clients to the likes of Revolut and Bunq... Simple things like deposit notifications still not a service, a basic utility for online banking
