Ultimately the third act ended up showing Scott was behind the whole cancellation of Powers, using a Feminist bot to take him out so he could sell the moon to Norway.

It was very dumb.

I wrote a spec script for a fourth movie about six years ago as a writing project. An aging Powers gets cancelled for being himself and MI6 tries to get him to rebrand to something similar to daniel craigs bond, but he is just not getting it so he gets brainwashed <c>

In a scene parodying willy wonka's factory. It works too well and he becomes too straight laced. This prompts the reformed Dr. Evil to go back to his goofy evil ways to try and undo the brainwashing and show a modern world why powers was needed. <C>
