I bought a laptop, paid for warranty, had blanking out and sound issues, their tech troubleshooting Killed my laptop and placed a bit locker on my personal device and now they are blaming me.

Absolutely disgusting! I earn all my money online and @Lenovo @lenovo_UKI has taken all of this away through their technician F##*ing up. They caused the issue and now they refuse to take responsibility. I want my laptop working again

@lenovo_UKI I have replied to your email. I will reiterate that we are leaving the country soon and this issue that was caused by no fault of our own needs to be resolved NOT by email but a call. We are losing income which also reflects upon or business reputation.

@lenovo_UKI Forgive me, I didn't want to take to SC. But a technician performed a simple BIOS reset on a working laptop killed the laptop. 4 client deadlines yesterday failed to be met = loss of earnings. Priority given due to rare circumstances but no response from a manager.

Issue: cannot access account to change DNS setting for new site, contacted domain host godaddy they said settings required is on your end we needed to contact you. Incoming mail is also being being blocked.
