2. Growing up in the North under the concept of 'Gaskiya' Price. In the North (or at least Sokoto), when you ask a vendor for his Gaskiya price, its an insult to continue bargaining as the price he has told you is the rock bottom price for that product. Saves everyone time.

In summary, under Buhari as Minister of Petroleum, petrol subsidy costs to the Nigerian taxpayer (Me & You), increased from N2.9b in Nov '18 to N60.4b in Nov '19.
