@Miele_GB I’m so disappointed with your customer service. Was supposed to have my hoover picked up today for repair, no-one turns up & now not coming til next Monday and will then be without a hoover for Christmas. Worst product and worst customer service I’ve ever had!
@TemperleyLondon I have been trying to make contact all day with various options availability from phone to contact mail. No-one is responding. Very disappointed customer service for such a high end retailer.
@BrookandWilde can I ask why your duvets do not come with a guarantee like other brands such as White Co who offer 10 year? To make such an expensive purchase without some form of warranty or guarantee that in a years time there won’t be a problem is ludicrous. Such a shame!
