At present, there is no water supply and no communication on the cause or resolution timeline. Occasional supply of a few hours once a week is completely inadequate.
This continued failure is unacceptable. We demand immediate restoration of water, clear communication, and a permanent solution to this recurring problem. Area is buddo, around kings college

Hello, your website clearly states a citizen pays 10k for temporary travel document (reason being ID expired), and the ura website does the same at the time of payment. Why would one pay 50k for the same service, and the money is demanded in cash. Check your offices in Luzira. We have a very long way to develop in africa
