Last week I finally got covid. Lessons learnt 1. It's not just mild flu. Headaches in particular are insane. 2. Covid brain is a thing. I usually thrive on multi tasking, my struggle is real. 3. Masks and social distancing remain key in stopping the spread. Up your game urban NZ!

@JacquieKidd1 Yes and yes. So many of us on the journey and as my awareness grows the bar of what is racist in my eyes has changed so dramatically. Once you see you can't unsee, then make the decision is this behaviour one I walk by and therefore choose to accept.
