Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.☔️

@UESP_net Fingers crossed 🤞

@AskPlayStation *Simpsons Road Rage

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@AskPlayStation Y’all should take suggestions for games to add to PS Now. Oldies like Taz Wanted, Simmons Road Rage, and Scooby Doo! Night of 100 Frights would be incredible!

@cpsenergy @COSAGOV @SanAntonioOEM @News4SA @KABBFOX29 @SpectrumNews1TX @KENS5 @ksatnews @mySA @BexarCounty If anything had been learned from the winter storm, the infrastructure would be able to handle this type of weather. AND I’m the instance of failure, CPS would be ready to respond and fix any situation quickly. Emergency preparedness needs a lot of work.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@cpsenergy @COSAGOV @SanAntonioOEM @News4SA @KABBFOX29 @SpectrumNews1TX @KENS5 @ksatnews @mySA @BexarCounty Apologies for an inconvenience doesn’t help the citizens of San Antonio that are forced into dangerous situations due to the repetitive incompetence. Many citizens of San Antonio, myself included, are trying to keep life saving medical supplies cold which should not be the case.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@cpsenergy @COSAGOV @SanAntonioOEM @News4SA @KABBFOX29 @SpectrumNews1TX @KENS5 @ksatnews @mySA @BexarCounty I’ll say it again. Can you please provide some more insight into the actual updates that were made to the infrastructure after the winter storm? An outage like this and a lack of preparedness to respond sounds like nothing was learned.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@ksatnews So tell us @cpsenergy, what changes were actually made following the winter storm to provide better and more reliable service to San Antonio.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@ksatnews You would think that the winter storm would have resulted in better action plans for emergency situations impacting large amounts of customers. Meanwhile, we are trying to keep critical life-saving medical supplies cold with 0 updates or ability to even speak to a real person.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@cpsenergy @COSAGOV @KENS5 @ksatnews @News4SA @KABBFOX29 @SpectrumNews1TX @District8Manny @AnaSandovalSATX @JohnCourageD9 @MarioBravo What about DeZavala area? Also I can’t believe that we are unable to speak to a real person via your phone lines right now. We are trying to keep critical life-saving medical supplies cold and have received 0 updates.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@cpsenergy what about the DeZavala area? Any update on power being restored to those 7k customers? We have medical supplies that haven’t been refrigerated for 3 hours now due to the outage and no updates on here. In addition, can’t even speak to a real representative for help.

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@danimarxe Was actually 2015 ruining it for 2016, we didn’t get them either :/

[Allison Wolff @Allielobo]

@USPS I think your Kearny, NJ center is having issues. My package has been stuck there for a week with no movement and I’m beginning to this it is lost...
