I'm not saying it's easy.. and I know you are not feeling prime.. but decide to feel better.. and no matter how not good you feel still speak positive.. make your aura reverberate positivity back in to you..
It is what it is.. nothing is goingbto change in this moment no matter what we keep saying.. the focus is not to change everything around us.. but to reflect a perspective where we are genuinely grateful... So we attract awesomeness..

Or work on yourself to flow like water. Absorbing and giving away what you feel right in the moment and moving on.

Meditation comes in various forms depending on the person's requirement.
Broadly human nature and what meditation they can opt for, can be classified as follows:
1. Extroverts, talkative, speaking all the time, the traditional foarm of sitting and focusing kind of classic meditation as we know it is ideal.
2. Introvert Shy overthinking individuals who tend to bottle up all the emotions and thoughts and explode at wrong time and wrong place having no control on the situation. For such people regular venting out session is required. Speaking regularly if to no one else simply sitting in a room for 10mins to start with and giving words to your thoughts is required, everyday consistently.
3. Ambiverts. Reasonable speakers knowing where to speak, when to speak, when to shut up. Having control over their thoughts and actions. Simple regular dancing/running routine would suffice during regular busy life and can opt for classic meditation for some add-on benefits.
