You are assuming the man made out his wife to be strong...if he did that, he wouldn't be working from home. He would have continued going out to work and thinking his wife should be able to handle her emotions as a nurse.

You are now mixing PPD and Psychosis together. I agree PPD might make some women detached from their new born but not enough to k*!! them, much less k*!! all the kids. I mean I assume PPD to focus on the new born, not children who you would have started to have a relationship with and in this case her first two kids.

Reports have pointed that she only mentioned depression but never psychosis to her doctors. Psychosis was mentioned to her family only and the doctors have maintained, she never presented psychosis.

She asked the man to go out and get food, the man didn't just up and disappear for a few minutes.
He called to check in on her. She missed the call and then called back whilst in the midst of carrying out her heinous deeds to say all was well before proceeding. That is no psychosis, that is a very clear minded person because she didn't sob on the phone, she didn't yell, she never acted out of the ordinary.
