Giving the answer "To the best of my knowledge" as the Prime Minister when talking about a FOREIGN MILITARY being on your soil is WILDLY INAPPROPRIATE to say theeee least. π
Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has said there are no US troops or assets in TT.
She was speaking outside Parliament on November 26, following the sighting of a US Air Force aircraft seen leaving Tobago earlier that day.

This sounds like the plot to one of the Korean dramas that come up on IG trying to get you to download the app to see the whole story.
That being said... I'm sat and waiting for the next part. πΏ
Iβm in a meeting at work. This man clearly stole my work to present as his. Heβs being asked to break things down and he is fumbling at every explanation. This meeting crumbling and heβs unraveling.
Iβve got to be gaining weight by how good this tastes.
I enjoyed Food and Rum... but, when you're serving food and drinks to people, signs are the bare minimum. Having to constantly ask "What is this?" and then relying on overworked staff to remember everything in a dish is not the way to do things for a food festival.
My cats are committed to helping people come and kill me in my sleep. I keep waking up to my front door open and the two of them chilling on the veranda. Smh.

It's not just about recovery from injury. As you get older, if you're not careful, you can lose mobility due to the most random things. Physiotherapy can head those things off. It's not cheap, but if you lose your mobility, it's more expensive in the long run. It's so worth it.
I hurt my knee a little under two months ago. At one point, I couldn't sleep without pain. For three weeks I been going to physiotherapy at Sports Therapy 101 here in BIM, and I can actually walk without pain.
This is your sign to go to physiotherapy if you're able to.
