@embaer Try a food truck! We are having a truck cater an authentic southern BBQ Buffett for 100 people for $1200 after tip. We got a quote from a trad caterer for BBQ and it was 7k 😂

@embaer Keep it small if you can, do a ton of research for vendors, avoid florals (seriously), & use a food truck instead! We are inviting 120 and spending 25-30k but we spent HALF that on a venue we fell in love with. So getting a less extravagant venue would have cut down 5-10k
