Disappointed in the service in 1st on @AmericanAir 4060. FA first asks me if my device is on airplane mode, responded yes. I was just organizing my photos (my over 1500 pet pics 😂) Then,I lower my mask to take a bite and she said…please raise your mask when not eating 🤦🏻‍♀️
