@VirginAtlantic No reply to query raised on 4th June and again on 13th June asking that my autistic son has suitable meals provided to him for our 11 hour long flights; disability discrimination by Virgin Atlantic. No contact number to speak to someone about this on Virgin site!!

@AvantiWestCoast I have claimed compensation in the outward journey which was cancelled. For having to stand, as a disabled person with a seat reservation, and experience a delay, I’ll get £9 back - wow!! Really disappointed at Avanti lack of care for disabled customers

@AvantiWestCoast Should be ashamed. Disabled person with reserved seat unable to travel as train full and person in reserved seat refused to move! Staff did nothing to help. My choice- experience more pain and stand or get off and wait an hour for next train, hoping I get a seat.

@AvantiWestCoast How can I claim compensation when I chose to get off the train? This doesn’t fall within your policy. It also fails to acknowledge the failure to support customers. I had a seat in the train!!! The train was busy because you cancelled the prior train

@AvantiWestCoast So my experience this weekend, which should have been a relaxing weekend has been highly stressful and highly painful due to poor service from Avanti. Both the outward and return journey we spoke to staff, nobody helped us. Discrimination to disabled from Avanti

@AvantiWestCoast Our outward train at 9.20am yesterday was cancelled. So we also lost our seat reservations and had to wait for the next train where we had to endure a scramble to get a seat.

@AvantiWestCoast my disability means I can’t stand for long. My son is autistic and travelling with me, he can’t manage crowds. This is why we book reserved seats. But we weren’t able to sit on them!
