A4: An effective team meeting is one where everyone feels comfortable participating, brings ideas, shares successes, and is looking to learn something new. The teachers set the norms as a group so that everyone feels empowered. #loveSCschools #SCASCDL2L #TeachTheChange

A3: Our teachers have a minutes page that they turn in so that admin can respond, give ideas, etc. This is in Google drive so other grade levels can see too. Usually we try to attend meetings too. #loveSCschools #SCASCDL2L #TeachTheChange
