Too often, I see organizations rinse and repeat the same behavior.
Make content
Distribute content on website and social channels
Maybe do some paid media posts
Send out promo emails
At the end of the quarter, do a report
Then, it stops there. WHY?
Just do this👇
"Build it and they'll come" doesn't apply to content.
In addition to getting #content distribution right, teams need to follow up with routine reports and the ability to pivot based on that information.
