We're always thinking about healthcare workers in hospitals but how about the ones working in long term care facilities. We are tired and burnt out too and short staffed. I love my job but I am tired.#healthcareworkers #HealthcareHeroes we're all in this together.

Working at an Assisted Living no one tells you that the hardest part is having to say goodbye because you no longer can take care of a certain individual and they don't meet the qualifications of an assisted living anymore. It makes for your job to be very emotional
