Alloy is not just another meme launchpad.
Every token created on Alloy is designed to be ownerless, with LP permanently locked and trading fees transparently distributed.
Creators can earn fee rewards from the activity around their tokens, while the platform captures a portion of fees.
In the early stage, platform revenue will be used to buy back and burn ALLOY.
But this is only the beginning.
As Alloy evolves, the model will expand from buyback and burn into real yield distribution through the Alloy Fund.
Platform revenue can be converted into tokenized stocks and distributed to eligible ALLOY holders.
This means users will not only hold ALLOY as a platform token.
They will be able to hold ALLOY to earn tokenized stock rewards.
That is the difference.
Alloy is building a flywheel:
More token launches.
More trading volume.
More platform revenue.
More ALLOY buybacks and burns in the early stage.
Later, more tokenized stock rewards for ALLOY holders.
More reason to hold ALLOY.
More alignment between creators, traders, and long-term supporters.
Most platforms end at token creation.
Alloy starts there.
Built on Ethereum.
Designed for RWAs.
Powered by ALLOY.
@elonMaerc These are the tokens I created and purchased. I can choose to burn them; the contract burns those tokens when it receives transaction fees. You idiot. https://t.co/A1WJ9Oxt1C

@elonMaerc These are tokens purchased by the team. I'll burn them myself; they'll automatically burn when users claim transaction fees. Can't you even read the contract? You idiot!

Introducing Alloy.
Alloy is a Real World Assets platform on Ethereum.
We are building a new on-chain market layer where anyone can create tokens, trade through Ethereum liquidity, build communities around assets, and connect crypto-native markets with real-world exposure.
Alloy starts with a simple idea:
Tokens should not only be launched.
They should have liquidity, fee flows, community tools, and a path toward real asset utility.
What Alloy supports today:
1. Token Creation
Users can create tokens directly on Ethereum.
Each token is designed with locked liquidity and transparent trading mechanics, so users can clearly see the token, pool, fees, and market data on-chain.
2. Locked Liquidity
Liquidity is designed to stay locked.
This gives users more confidence that the trading pool is not simply a temporary launch setup. The goal is to make token launches more transparent and easier to understand.
3. Creator Fee Sharing
Alloy supports a fee model where token creators can benefit from trading activity.
For future token creation, users will be able to choose a trading fee between 1% and 3% for tokens traded on Uniswap v4.
Platform fee revenue will be split:
60% to Alloy
40% to the token creator
This creates a stronger incentive for creators to keep building around their tokens.
4. Alloy Fund
Alloy is also preparing an RWA-focused fund page.
The Alloy Fund will focus on tokenized stocks and real-world market exposure on Ethereum.
The goal is to let eligible holders gain exposure to supported tokenized stock assets through future distribution mechanics.
Supported assets will focus on tokenized stocks with meaningful Ethereum liquidity.
5. Community Live
Alloy is adding a live streaming layer.
Users will be able to open live rooms using YouTube, Kick, or Twitch embeds.
This is not only for token creators. Any user can start a stream, and each IP is limited to one active stream to reduce spam.
For token creators, live rooms can also be connected to token pages, so communities can watch streams directly from the asset page.
In the future, Alloy plans to add platform-token tipping for live streams.
This turns every token page into more than a chart.
It becomes a community space.
Why Alloy?
Most launch platforms focus only on creating tokens.
Alloy is trying to build a wider asset ecosystem:
• token creation
• locked liquidity
• creator revenue
• trading data
• tokenized stock exposure
• community live rooms
• future tipping
• RWA distribution mechanics
The long-term goal is to make Ethereum-based assets more useful, more social, and more connected to real markets.
