Discovered later due to severe M.E. preventing immediate unpacking.
Now told “no further recourse” because funding scheme has closed. @currys

Sainsbury’s initially apologised for missing batteries, then backtracked — even though the listing clearly says “batteries (included)”. Very confusing for customers. I hope this can be resolved. @sainsburys

@UberUKI_Support I have sent another message to you Mr DM including a screenshot of the same copied and pasted reply from Uber Eats I've received about 7 times now ignoring my point. This is totally unacceptable.

@UberEats_UK I experienced a health reaction from a product ordered via your app. After six attempts to raise it, all I’ve received are bot-quality, copy-paste replies that ignore the actual issue. This is a safety concern. I expect real customer service and proper escalation.
