It’s been over a month since contacting @lumitherapy regarding my faulty tub with NO response. Only used once and purchased due to the flexibility, warranty and apparently good customer service… requesting a refund or a replacement.
Absolutely LOVE being told by @lufthansa@Lufthansa_DE that I’m eligible for a €700 refund, over 2 months ago - to be completely ignored when it comes to actual payment, and zero response from then. A joke…
