@IsleOfWightFest Hey guys, why am I being refused a refund by @TicketmasterCS for the IOW tickets I purchased. I completed the form as per the email request and am now being told I cannot get a refund. This is daylight robbery.

@TicketmasterCS I completed the form as per the email sent in March, but received not response from you and no refund. It’s is now august and to to tell me I won’t get my £500 back is outrageous. How can you rob innocent people of their money like that.

@TicketmasterCS I have just received an email from your team to say my IOW be refunded as The deadline outlined in our initial emails to ticket holders for requesting refunds has now passed.Therefore, no refunds will now be permitted for this year's festival. This is outrageous
