The past is a memory. The future is a projection.

Neither one is happening right now.
But most people spend the majority of their mental energy in one of those two places.

Replaying old wounds. Rehearsing future anxieties.
And in doing so they are completely absent from the only moment where their frequency can actually be calibrated.
Now.

High frequency people have developed the discipline to return to the present moment deliberately and repeatedly.

Not because they have no past or future.
Because they understand that all creative power exists only in the now.
