When a defective product is received from @myntra@amazon we return it to them only, they don’t reply with ma’am this is not our fault it is sellers fault , contact brand directly. They resolve the issue themselves coz we are buying it from them.
These apps are platforms we use for our convenience as we get multiple brands at one place. @amazonIN or @myntra se samaan lene pe agar wo defective hota hai to aap unko hi wapis karte hai na ki directly brand ko contact karte hai.
@AlmostFading@swiggy_in What has swiggy to do with hair in your meal? Do they prepare it? What will they do about it? They are just delivering it to you
But these apps do take responsibility, definitely it is manufacturers fault, but that’s not our responsibility to deal with the manufacturers, we are not buying it from them, we are paying these apps, they are the dealers.

@harshamjty@Swiggy@SwiggyCares obviously it’s a platform n not the restaurant but same goes for other big apps like @amazonIN@myntra where we order from different brands but if we face any issue then the problem is resolved by these apps n not those brands n that too politely.
😡😡 ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!! Ordered garlic noodles from @HudsonCafe via @swiggy_in, and what do they deliver? CHICKEN RICE! 😤 As a pure vegetarian, this is UNACCEPTABLE! How can you mess up such a basic order?! 😡🤬 I demand a refund, an apology
