@AmazonHelp Hi team! I have followed all prompts and directions possible for my issue. And the screen still goes black- perhaps it’s an issue with my fire stick- do you provide warranties on firesticks? Thank you!

Hey @GetSpectrum I just had the loveliest internet support specialist. I believe his name was Hunter ? Our call was from 6:45-6:59 if that helps, and he deserves a raise!

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

Hey @Chewy ! I’ve been home all day the past two days and no delivery has been attempted. I also don’t live in east Elmhurst 🙃. I have checked my order and it does have the proper address… Any help?? Thanks!

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

Hey @SamsungTV can someone help me identify what Mount coordinates with my specific Samsung Tv? Thank you!

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

Hey @cvspharmacy ! Your CVS at 305 east 86 in NYC needs security! This poor woman employee who was doing everything in the store by herself also had to play security guard today. She said security never shows up “like usual” it’s not safe to have employees risk themselves…

@NJTRANSIT_NEC when should we expect the 11:14 #7837 to arrive in penn station?

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

Hey @ABCWorldNews I have footage you may be interested in! Where should I send it to? Thanks!

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

@NYCTSubway Will msg privately!

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

@MTA @NYCTSubway @NYPDTransit please have police presence on the 86th st Q platform! 1st time in 7 years living here I was scared for my life today. Mental illness in people is an awful disease but can be very dangerous to others if not patrolled or monitored on public transit

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

@NYCTSubway After I got away many New Yorkers asked if I was alright so thank you to them! But as I’m a tiny person he kept following me and he was so close i thought something worse was going to happen knowing i didn’t have the strength to fight him off if needed

[Ashley Northcutt @AlnFlora]

@NYCTSubway No assistance now thank you. A disturbed man was screaming at random people and unfortunately chose me to follow around the platform when trying to get away many times. Screaming in my face with only my hand out between us. Finally able to get near the stairs to run up and out.
