Every startup has a Chidi.

Chidi is the sales guy, energetic. Motivated. Has a LinkedIn Premium subscription the company pays for.

Chidi sends 10 cold emails a day.
He has been doing this for 4 months but the conversion rate is not a conversation we're having today.

The problem isn't Chidi.

The problem is that Chidi writes every email from scratch.

Same pitch, different name, different company.

Sometimes, he even forgets to change the company's name and sends the mail anyway.

Somewhere in Lagos a CEO just received an email addressed to their competitor and Chidi doesn't know yet.

Meanwhile, Chidi's manager wants a report.

How many emails went out?
Who responded?
Who needs a follow up?
What's the pipeline looking like?

Chidi's pipeline is a WhatsApp message he sent himself that says 'follow up with Zara people.'😭😂

I built a system that replaces Chidi's entire manual process, not Chidi.

Just the repetitive part that's wasting his talent.

Chidi can now focus on actual conversations and not copy pasting emails at 8am.

What Chidi does manually in a full day, this system does in 3 minutes.

Every email is personalized.
Every follow up is automated.
Every response is tracked.
Every status is updated

I haven't shown her yet. I upgraded it instead.

Now the workflow thinks ahead, follows up and never forgets.

She's definitely losing her job except she knows how to use AI.😭

Here's more Context; Before, the first workflow only sent reminders on the due dates of payments.

That's what my mum does, she remembers to call and text on the day.

But what about customers due in 3 days?
Customers Who ignored the last reminder?
Customers Who needs a follow up?

She figures all of that out in her head. Every single day.

So I taught it to think ahead.

My mum does all of this manually. The automation does it in seconds, every morning.

Tell me, At what point does a son and his automation become a threat to his own mother's livelihood?
