Tell yourself: "I'll only draw for a few minutes".
Set up a https://t.co/KRGZaAbJvJ timer.
Get ready to draw.
Whenever you are actively drawing, let the timer run. Otherwise, pause it.
Try to make the number go up as much as you can.
