According to video of possible shooter running on the roof in this direction you can see there is a small receiving dock area behind this building where a few cars could park. Is it possible the shooter ran across roof to this area and jumped into his/her vehicle and drove off ?

According to video captured of possible shooter running in the roof, this would be the location the shooter was at on the roof and the location where Charlie Kirk was at. It's a direct line of sight with no obstructions. This looks preplanned like a MF.
