Around 4–5 customers left the store without being attended to.

I personally waited for nearly 30 minutes and no one bothered to assist me.

Customer service should be fair and professional for everyone. Hope @myfrido into this and takes appropriate action.

Very disappointing experience at the @myfrido store in Elpro Mall today.

The staff member on duty continuously ignored multiple customers and seemed focused only on assisting one person who appeared to be his relative/acquaintance. @PuneTimesOnline
