This is my worst experience with any of the courier company where no one is listening and no proper way to reach out or complain.

My refrigerator was scheduled to deliver yesterday but didn’t delivered yet.
I tried reaching out to delivery agent since morning but there was no response at all. I whatsapp him as well but no luck.
Finally I got to talk to him late evening and
Got to know it will be delivered tomorrow but there was no guarantee.
Somehow after making more than 40-45 calls, got chance to speak to his manager and he told that your delivery was attempted day before yesterday. My product delivery status was oit for delivery yesterday
@KESCoHQ Why there is no communication about? Even mobile number Is switched off. There is no way to get update .
Could you confirm the feeder name as I didn’t see it anywhere that there is breakdown?
@KESCoHQ What is going on? There is no electricity since yesterday 5 PM in Sadanand Nagar, Raja Market and there is no circular or information about it.
Worst service . It is better to stay in village than being in Kanpur
@nagarnigamknp from 3 months strett light not working in Raja Market , Ahirwan & I have complained it 3 times after visiting Krishnanagar nagar nigam office but no action has been taken till now .
The worst part is,there is no tracking of the complaint as well @DMKanpur
@KESCoHQ since morning there are more 5 times power cut in Ahirwan, Chakeri and still Kesa is not bothered about people. This is happening everyday and Looks like we have gone back to previous government era @myogioffice
A complaint (SLUP00822821 )was raised on 22/03 with eesl for street light malfunctioning , but till now there is no action even after multiple follow ups.Every time, getting false commitments of 48 hrs.

My mother is travelling from train number 07092 (Raxaul-Hyderabad) in B -36. We are unable to contact her since more than 5 hours. Current status of train is showing as Jabalpur station.
