Yeah, I get what you mean. I actually added live previews on https://t.co/qRyxzQ6PqV, and I’m planning to have previews for all the components I add there going forward.

For Cue+, I’m keeping it more focused on serious users. I’ve noticed that when I put everything directly in the preview, people can easily scrape the components/data and resell or redistribute them.

A lot of these are curated and recreated with a lot of time and effort, so I’m trying to balance making it easy to discover the interaction while still protecting the actual work.

But yeah, I definitely agree that being able to interact with a preview makes a huge difference.

Human taste is partly pattern recognition, and AI can learn patterns too. But AI doesn’t learn and understand design exactly like humans do—it predicts patterns from data. It can generate impressive outputs, but taste, context, intent, and knowing what actually works still require human judgment.
