There is no AC and train is also standing at Cherlapalli railway station from last 2 and half hours. Train boggie is also not cleaned. No one is responding.

Immediate Assistance Required Train No 12590 ( Secunderabad -Gorakhpur Express) has not started from Cherlapally railway station. Train is already late by 3 hours. The AC is completely broken down in Coach B3
