@LutzSchueler Mr. lutz , i have been harassed by O2 customer care for last three months without any resolution to the problem. I had O2 Switch up and returned the device at store and they are asking to visit O2 store and i visited the store but it is permanently closed.

I was so happy with the car but this experience from Jaguar has made me realised the mistake i did. I wont advise anyone to buy Jaguar used vehicle from Jaguar dealerships. They make the fool of customers. Really disappointed

@Jaguar Hello Team, I bought F pace from liverpool dealer on 13th Dec and for last 15 days my car is having judder while braking. Now report has come in and it says Judder is due to Corrosion on break pads at rear and front. How can Break pads get corrosion in four months?

It means Jaguar sold me faulty vehicle. They are asking me to pay 1320 GBP to repair the front and rear break pads/Discs. I am feeling cheating by Jaguar here. Is this how Jaguar earns the profit by making fool of its customers?
