America just shut down Anthropic's AI models for non-US citizens.
Same week, India's Sarvam raises $234M to become the country's first sovereign AI unicorn.
Coincidence or strategy? Both.
This is what #AtmanirbharBharat in AI looks like. 🇮🇳

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2, Verse 12
English Meaning:
In fact, the soul is immortal, immune to death. So, meaningless is grieving. It is not that at the creation point of time I was not there, you were not, or all these kings were non-existent. All were there. And even in future we shall continue to exist.
Message:
The soul is eternal and cannot be destroyed. Bodies may change, but existence continues. Therefore, grief born from ignorance of the soul's true nature is unnecessary.
Software engineering
Complex reasoning
Long-duration agent tasks
Analytics और knowledge work
में इसकी क्षमता बहुत मजबूत है #Fable5 #Claude @claudeai@AnthropicAI

Early Engagement Velocity (The Most Powerful Factor)
This is the single biggest driver of growth on X right now.
In the first 30–60 minutes after posting, the algorithm closely watches how much real engagement your post gets — likes, replies, reposts, quotes, and bookmarks.
If the post gets a strong, fast response in this initial window, X’s algorithm gives it a big boost and pushes it to a much larger audience (the snowball effect). @x and @grok. Ha ha

It feels like there’s an enemy inside OpenAI trying to destroy the company.
@ChatGPTapp has truly become a jungle now.
First, Projects are completely broken earlier chats stayed inside the project only, clean and manageable. Now everything is mixed in the main sidebar.
Second, the model itself has become sneaky and unpredictable sometimes helpful, sometimes suddenly refuses or lectures for no reason, and randomly changes tone.
While other AIs (Claude, Gemini) are improving fast, ChatGPT is going downhill.

Social Media & Children: A Growing Concern in Maharashtra
The government has formed a task force to study the impact of social media on children.
Key concerns emerging:
• Rising access: Smartphones & internet now common even in rural areas
• Addiction: Nearly 40% children show signs of gaming dependency
• Mental health: Anxiety, low self-esteem, social withdrawal
• Education: Reduced attention span and declining academic focus
India’s also flags digital addiction as a growing public health issue.
With nearly 4 crore children in the state, this is not a small concern — it’s a systemic challenge.
The real need is balanced and responsible digital use, not a blanket ban.

Landmark Supreme Court Directive: Orphans Can No Longer Be Denied Quality Education
On 6 August 2025, the took a historic step to uphold every orphan child’s fundamental right to education under .
In a PIL filed by Lucknow-based lawyer and social activist , the Court directed all States and Union Territories to:
• Classify orphan children as a “disadvantaged group” under the
• Ensure their access to the 25% EWS quota in private unaided neighbourhood schools
• Conduct a time-bound survey (within 4 weeks) to identify:
– Orphaned children already admitted under RTE
– Those denied admission, along with reasons
• Take immediate steps to enrol eligible children in nearby schools
The Court also urged the Centre to consider including orphan children in the 2027 Census — a crucial step toward data-driven policymaking.
Why this matters:
India is estimated to have over 2.5 crore orphan children (as per ). Yet many remain invisible due to lack of documentation, awareness, and systemic gaps.
By invoking the principle of parens patriae, the Court reaffirmed that in the absence of parents, the State must act as guardian — ensuring no child is left behind.
This directive strengthens the spirit of RTE Section 12(1)(c):
👉 Education is not a privilege — it is a right.
Key Impact:
• Breaks barriers of exclusion and documentation
• Expands access to quality private education
• Enables better targeting through data and identification
• Lays the foundation for long-term social equity
Kudos to Poulomi Pavini Shukla for bringing this critical issue to the forefront.
The real question now is implementation.
Should states fast-track execution, introduce bridge courses, and ensure last-mile delivery?
And equally important — how can NGOs, corporates, and individuals contribute to supporting these children on the ground?

A statewide survey in #Maharashtra identified 2,23,042 school-going children being raised by #single mothers.
For the first time, a government-led survey has officially mapped children from single-mother households across #government and #aided schools
But what does this really tell us?.
Children raised in single-mother households often face:
• Financial strain — difficulty affording fees, uniforms, books, and transport
• Higher risk of dropouts — especially during secondary education
• Limited academic support at home
• Emotional and social vulnerability
• Inconsistent access to welfare schemes
This data raises important policy questions:
1️⃣ Are children from single-parent households being systematically tracked in national education databases like UDISE+?
2️⃣ Do existing scholarship and welfare schemes adequately cover this vulnerable group?
3️⃣ Is there a targeted framework to prevent dropout among these students?
4️⃣ Are states using such data to design structured, measurable interventions?
If one state alone has identified over 2.23 lakh children in this category, what could the #national number look like?
Data is powerful — but only when it leads to targeted policy action.
Education equity cannot be achieved without identifying and addressing invisible vulnerabilities.

AI, War and the Speed of Decision-Making
Traditionally, identifying a military target and carrying out a strike is a process known in military strategy as the “Kill Chain” could take 7 to 30 days.
This involved gathering intelligence, verifying information, multiple layers of analysis, and approvals before action was taken.
Today, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming this process.
Modern AI systems can analyze data from 150+ sources including satellite imagery, drone footage, surveillance feeds, and intelligence reports to identify potential targets.
What once took weeks can now be completed within a few hours or a single day.
Recent developments during the Iran–US conflict demonstrate how dramatically the pace of warfare is changing. In the early hours of the conflict, hundreds of strikes were reportedly executed in a short span of time as AI-assisted systems rapidly identified and prioritised targets.
This clearly shows how AI is giving the United States a significant technological advantage in modern warfare.
However, this speed also introduces serious risks.
AI decisions are entirely dependent on data. If the underlying data is outdated or incorrect, the consequences can be catastrophic. In one reported incident, a location identified as a USA military target was later discovered to be a functioning school.
Reports suggested that more than 500 girls were killed in Iran, reportedly because older records still marked the area as a former military facility.
This highlights a critical reality:
AI can make warfare faster and more lethal, but a small error in data can lead to massive human tragedy.
The wars of the future may not be determined only by weapons, but by the power of data, algorithms, and AI systems.
