@cromaretail purchased Samsung Fully Automatic Washing Machine on 18th Nov, delivered yesterday. Samsung technician came for installing it today, informed that the PCB of Machine is faulty and need rectification.
@cromaretail@SamsungIndia tried to speak many people in Ghaziabad store.Everyone coming with new story. Horrible part is that no one called or bothered Inspite of multiple complain & indicated that need to pay bribe for replacement of faulty washing machine.
Later she told for evidence of Samsung technician report. Samsung people are saying that work paperless and it’s responsibility of Croma.
Croma is giving the worst possible service and response. Inspite of repeated call, no one is giving confirmation for replacement.
