Very disappointing service. The sample was not collected at the scheduled time and had to be rescheduled. It has now been more than 24 hours, and the report is still not available despite the promised turnaround time.

I lodged a complaint on 17th July regarding the delayed sample collection but received no response. As per PharmEasy's policy, if the sample collection is delayed, the test should be free. Extremely poor service and customer support.

On 31st July, I received a call from a Paisabazaar executive who claimed I was approved for an Indusind Bank RuPay Platinum Credit Card. He assisted me through the entire application, even video KYC, and confirmed the card was approved.

This is highly misleading, wastes customer time, damages credit scores and shows zero coordination between your teams .

But today, I got a message from Indusind Bank saying my application is REJECTED.
What kind of joke is this? How can you claim approval and then reject after showing everything as done?
