My order was delivered when I was in my office. The SMS clearly stated not to share the OTP over the phone. I informed the delivery person that I would share the OTP only after inspecting the order, and that I would call back to confirm. He refused to deliver 1/2

It would be better if you could add pet friendly rides for people with pets. Most of the time we do not face any issue, but it would be good if you can add that feature to your app to minimize the hassle.

The customer service suggested that I need to wait for 3 days to place an order. It's surprising that even after the order is cancelled, the IMEA number is active due to which I can't place a new order.

First, I needed to contact the customer service team to cancel my order. I had to wait an entire day to cancel it. Finally, I was able to cancel through the delivery agent.
Upon cancellation, I still can't place a new order because of the attached error #AmazonIndia

My order was not delivered which your customer care has acknowledged. Second thing I am entitled for promo code/compensation as per your 'On time guarantee' policy. I raised the same with the customer care executive Anishika and below is the response I got

I have placed a return order request. I receive a WhatsApp message daily saying that my pick up is scheduled but there is no one who would show up for the pick up. On calling the executive he would say he is coming but doesn't show up. 1/3
After a few days the return order would get automatically cancelled. I had escalated the same to the customer care when the return was cancelled on the 9th Oct. I was assured by customer care that the pickup will be done. Now after waiting another 2 days my return is again 2/3
@bookmyshow Biggest scam! 10 of us logged at exactly 8pm. None of us even entered the booking screen. At least don't post this bullshit about giving everyone a fair chance!
