@TheValuesVoter @captainkudzu@chicagotribune They’ll get them eventually, but it won’t be anytime soon. If the house dems were smart they’d put forward a clean bill requiring 10 years of returns from presidential nominees. But nooooooo. They opted for politics with H.R.1.
@TheValuesVoter Every president blames their predecessor for a weak economy but never credits them for a strong one. Because the strength of our economy depends on many complicated factors, the truth is usually somewhere in between.
@going_upstream Bruce is not now anybody. He committed suicide. His twin died of a drug overdose. The depraved doctor’s experiments killed two birds with one stone.
@CheriJacobus@highbrow_nobrow I’m not a member of this group. I never heard of it before. Took 2 seconds to google it. This https://t.co/wHTv8kqq5R seems like a nice group of people. Shame on you.
"Allowing a male who identifies as transgender with a history of domestic violence to enter what is supposed to be a safe space for women just shows utter contempt for women in that space." https://t.co/itv0RocRkX
Check out this great new website. Who would win if the best male high school athletes competed against the best female Olympians? You guessed it.... https://t.co/xVtSAbSqde
@CoryBooker you are a graduate of Stanford, Oxford, & Yale. Surely you can see the consequences of including “gender identity” in your “equality” act. Furthermore, Including it in VAMA is cruel & misogynistic. You’re better than this.
Boston marathon now allows males to self-ID as women no body changes required. Stevie has easily secured a place with a qualifying time of 3h 41. Any other male running this pace would have failed to qualify. @sharrond62@paulajradcliffe @damekellyholmes https://t.co/SULyDKKBbL
THREAD: As a survivor of domestic violence, this issue is so important to me. I am co-chair of the Bipartisan Working Group to End Domestic Violence and wanted to work with my colleagues to pass a VAWA reauthorization that every member of Congress could support.
Today, as we remember the 800,000 men, women, and children slaughtered 25 years ago in the #Rwandan genocide, we must recommit to doing all we can to prevent mass atrocities and hold the perpetrators accountable.
