Everybody chooses what technology they explain to others in detail. Poland is no exception and simply now has less to share than Ukr.

A much stronger nuke country might take territory from a much weaker nuke country over years or decades, bit by bit. Not impossible, just hasn't happened yet.

Poland has no way of innovating effectively but also is not building weapons of really high technological level.
So it can't ask for too much.

Also Afghanistan was not propaganda, Iraq was flexible truth but people didn't really care about it. Some people were outraged but who cared wether it was WMD or oil? Minority.
