Understanding people and using the right wording is very important, but the most knowledge is gathered by understanding all things' motives in all eras.-Marija
@bbartacus@NOELreports No, to Poland Russia is the enemy in talking and in preparation. Different for Ukraine. If not for Ukraine Poland would have shouldered everything alone. Or Finland. If any of them would've managed that is. And now they want the valuable know-how for cheap? Other offers available
@bbartacus@NOELreports I'm sure Ukraine would have loved that attitude and still would, but the problem is nobody wants to share "any tech to allies to defeat Russia".
Everybody chooses what technology they explain to others in detail. Poland is no exception and simply now has less to share than Ukr.
@olszi13@bbartacus@NOELreports You have to understand that negotiations are only over when everything's signed not when Poland feels an itch.
This is a general rule worldwide.
@olszi13@bbartacus@NOELreports Negotiations often happen this way.
Maybe all the information wasn't being available to the Ukrainian side or they just changed their mind regarding wether they consider it a good offer.
@Str0nger92@Mojo6Unofficial@wartranslated Russia already had nukes when Moscow lost the territory of the Soviet Union. Things are not as absolute here.
A much stronger nuke country might take territory from a much weaker nuke country over years or decades, bit by bit. Not impossible, just hasn't happened yet.
@Canoman2014@Osinttechnical Don't worry. There won't be any reason to escalate.
Civilians will not be targeted and some officials will just have to move around a bit but not as frequently as the Iranian ones did.
That's the worst that can happen.
@ManageYourIm@Osinttechnical Calm down brother. Russia threatens and reminds everyone on the daily they could wipe out any city any day if they wanted to. And still nobody loses their mind living under this fact.
So Russian elites won't lose their mind either. They are rational in that sense.
@Jacob_Adam_W@yarotrof Corruption scandals are sometimes better than not having them.
Unless they are "guided" scandals like happens in some countries. Allegedly.
Not having them at all can be very good or very bad it seems.
Anyways corruption is apparently affecting Russian defense capability.
@JJMisterdexter@t_pugacewicz@yarotrof Or you don't understand that Ukrainian technology and know-how is just worth more than what Poland offers at this point.
Poland has no way of innovating effectively but also is not building weapons of really high technological level.
So it can't ask for too much.
@RevDeadpool@TheLost26446512@RealMAGAtard@RealCandaceO It's not about having fun. It's just how everything power related works at least regarding the outside. Any state country army.
There needs to be a collective perception of people and their interests, otherwise you become a province of your neighbour tomorrow.
@RevDeadpool@TheLost26446512@RealMAGAtard@RealCandaceO It would make sense for you to dislike the America of back then, yes.
Obv it doesn't mean you would hate Americans on an individual basis or every single one of them. Far from it.
@RevDeadpool@TheLost26446512@RealMAGAtard@RealCandaceO Afghanistan was a straightforward message. Destroy or topple the terrorist guys. No lie in it.
You can only completely/theorizingly cleanly seperate government and population as long as you are hiding and not participating in geopolitics. It means irrelevancy or at least decline.
@RevDeadpool@TheLost26446512@RealMAGAtard@RealCandaceO It's not propaganda, I just prefer democracy over one party for decades or centuries. Just gut feeling.
Also Afghanistan was not propaganda, Iraq was flexible truth but people didn't really care about it. Some people were outraged but who cared wether it was WMD or oil? Minority.
@phantomiuspl@father_of_dwarf@XjzhzhS@YevKopiika And don't forget about the Chinese engines in Russian drones and missiles. And lots of other stuff delivered every day.
Let's be precise about that so that everyone gets the credit they deserve, especially the Chinese.
@phantomiuspl@father_of_dwarf@XjzhzhS@YevKopiika Everybody can write in English German French Spanish if they want to and you can too or you can write in Mandarin Cantonese Korean.
What's the problem?
