St. Aloysius College is a Catholic secondary girls school from year 7 to 12 in North Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1887
Our Year 12 students were recently joined via Zoom from the USA by Dr Hayley Watson.
Psychologist Dr. Hayley Watson discussed the topic of self-belief with a focus on developing tools and strategies to assist the girls in giving their best to the remainder of this year. #Year12
During this time of remote learning Year 8 Textiles students have researched and studied the fibre art of the Tjanpi Desert Weavers, a group of aboriginal artists from 26 remote communities on the NPY Lands.
As part of Year 11 VCD the students researched and applied the design elements and principles in a practical task using Adobe Illustrator.

Last Friday, our Year 8 Humanities students researched ancient societies during the time between The Roman Empire and The Renaissance periods. Using Microsoft teams they researched their information and presented back to the online classroom. #year8#remotelearning
