A lot of wealthy people that exist today in Africa are mostly First generation .

It’s hard to see wealth transition from 1st to 4th generation why?

Cos The first generation starts off as a pioneering generation.

The secimd comes in as a maintenance generation , they focus on how to maintain what has been built .

The third generation usually comes in as an entitlement generation.

So by the time the wealth gets to this point it starts to fizzle out .

In other for wealth to really be sustained every generation must be a generating generation that continues to generate wealth.

So while maintaining the wealth of the first generation the next generation needs to generate their own wealth by leveraging what has been built .

The first generation is meant to just help speed up wealth that the second is generating .

Then when it comes to structure, you see that family office? It is something my generation must replicate .

You can’t joke with it and no it has little or nothing to do with physical office.

Then Trust funds ,insurance, etc.
Wealth is beyond big mansion and GLK.

Before we call it a day I want us to Really take our time to appreciate this two guys mind you I don't really know these guys, and I know they don't know me either.

To be honest, CT was becoming boring. Many people had lost hope, and the space felt almost dead.

Then, within just one week, everything changed.

All you had to do was show up, stay active, and pray that your opportunity found you.

For those who don't know them, PP is known as the "Tipp Guy." Nobody really knows who he is, and he's not even a Web3 guy. I just hope one day we can onboard him into Web3.

Then there's Ansem, who has spent years helping people and giving back to this space long before now.

Even if you're not a fan of them, one thing you can't ignore is kindness.

Moments like this remind me that one act of kindness can bring life back to an entire community.

What a time to be alive.
