@CaolanReports Next stop: ban all metals trade with russia, including Finland importing nickel from russia and selling the copper stone back to 🇷🇺, adding millions of euros to russian war machine. It's utterly SHAMEFUL! #Copper22@KajaKallas@IlvesToomas@JessikkaAro
No aluminium for the Russian war machine.
Recent investigations into alumina exports raise serious concerns about European-produced materials entering supply chains linked to Russia's military-industrial complex.
Aluminium is a critical component in the production of Russian missiles, drones, military aircraft, and other weapons used daily against Ukraine and its people.
We welcome the Irish authorities' decision to launch an official investigation and expect it to be conducted swiftly, independently, and transparently.
European production and supply chains must not contribute, directly or indirectly, to sustaining Russia's war machine.
Instead, Russia must be deprived of access to any and all critical resources and materials. Earlier EU restrictions on cellulose and chrome have made a real difference. Now is the time to apply the same approach to alumina.
Ukraine will continue working with Ireland, EU institutions, and international partners to strengthen sanctions pressure on Moscow and close gaps that enable Russia's defence industry to operate.
Ireland is battling a PR nightmare over its continued sales of alumina to Russia.
The scandal comes as Dublin prepares to take the reins of the EU Council presidency.
Here's what's happening.

Since Trump..
Ebola is back.
Whooping cough is back.
Measles is back.
Inflation is back.
Screw worm is back.
High gas prices is back.
Low wages is back.
Bigotry is back.
Hate is back.
Blatant lying is back.
Corruption is back.
I just want life under a sane president back..
Some things to remember today:
1) We still haven't seen half of the Epstein files.
2) Trump pocketed over 200 million on insider trade deals since the Iran war began.
3) Trump is letting the Chinese government buy American farm land when 46% of farmers are bankrupt.

I’m loving this sort of thing.
For years, Russia has been yelling about “Ukrainian Nazis,” the “Kyiv junta,” the “protection of the people of Donbas,” the “NATO threat,” and “we didn’t start this war, Ukraine attacked us.”
And then, as if nothing happened, Russian officials openly and publicly threaten Armenia with a “Ukrainian scenario” if its pro-Western government, which has been confidently re-elected, continues moving closer to the European Union and European countries.
Elina Valtonen, Foreign Minister of Finland:
“NATO is not a threat to Russia. Russia is a threat to world peace. We would like nothing more than a peaceful relationship with Russia. We demand that Russia return to respecting international law & withdraw its troops from Ukraine.”
Europe firmly rejects the outdated concept of spheres of influence.
However, if Vladimir Putin insists on dragging the world back to that nineteenth-century mindset, he needs to understand a harsh reality:
Russia will end up in Europe's and China’s spheres, not the other way around.
Europe thrives on cooperative networks, economic integration, and democratic sovereignty rather than imperial domination. Yet the Kremlin remains obsessed with carving up maps and forcing neighboring states into submission. If the world truly devolves into a raw competition between exclusive geopolitical blocs, Russia simply lacks the weight to compete with Europe and China.
Strip away Russia's nuclear arsenal and its state-sponsored apparatus for aggression, and the country is lagging behind by almost every imaginable metric. From economic output and technological innovation to healthcare, education, and overall quality of life, Europe is lightyears ahead of Moscow.
Putin should be incredibly careful what he wishes for. A return to a world of pure spheres of influence will only expose Russia's structural weakness, inevitably swallowing it into a vastly superior European and Chinese orbits
Who’s here because they want to help Ukrainian soldiers directly?
#NAFO is a big tent. Some #fellas fight disinformation. Some make memes. Some do diplomacy. Some keep spirits high.
But there is also the part of NAFO that quietly helps put fuel in vehicles, repairs equipment, buys batteries, and gets critical support to defenders on the front.
Those are the people I’m looking for today.
If you’re one of them, please take a moment to look at my collections, leave a comment, or help them reach a few more people. Every bit of visibility helps.
The soldiers are doing their part. I’m trying to do mine.

Also looking at you, sexy #Smokfleet 🤘💨
Stalin's USSR was even worse than Hitler's Germany.
As monstrous as the nazi ideology was with holocaust and other ethnic cleansing of Europe, it's no match for Stalin.
In this thread, I'll list Stalin's often unspoken atrocities.

Accountability in politics requires a long memory.
The disastrous reality of Trump's second term means it is time to permanently discredit the influencers, tech billionaires, politicians, and other figures who pushed for his return to power.
Trump's second term has proven to be an absolute catastrophe, far exceeding the chaos of his first four years. He has easily earned the title of the worst president in American history, defined by unparalleled corruption, incompetence, treason, and completely arbitrary decision-making. The entire global community is currently suffering from the fallout of his erratic policies and betrayal of traditional alliances.
Voters must remember the exact individuals who guaranteed that this administration would bring prosperity. Consider when Elon Musk claimed that it would be the end of the United States as we know it if Trump lost the election. The exact opposite turned out to be true, and the country is now fractured because he won.
These pundits and tech moguls have exposed their complete lack of moral and intellectual judgment. Anyone who weaponized their platform to sell this vision has earned a long disqualification from public discourse, and their political advice should be ignored for years (if not decades)
