🚨 Didier Drogba on Kai Havertz:
🗣️ “Kai Havertz spent years telling everyone that winning the Champions League with Arsenal would mean more than winning it with Chelsea. The problem is that to compare trophies, you first have to win them.
Chelsea gave him the biggest night of his career. One goal, one Champions League, and a place in football history. Instead of appreciating it, he acted like it was only a warm-up for something greater.
He celebrated every goal against Chelsea as if he had something to prove. Last night proved the only thing that matters: talking about the Champions League is not the same as winning it.
The medal in his cabinet still has Chelsea's name on it. The trophy he dreamed of winning with Arsenal is still missing.
Football is a cruel game. Sometimes it waits patiently before reminding people where they achieved their greatest success.
Kai wanted to show the world that Chelsea was just a stepping stone. Instead, he discovered that Chelsea was the peak.
Some players leave Chelsea and become legends elsewhere. Others leave Chelsea and spend years chasing the standards they already had.
The Champions League doesn't care about feelings, interviews, or celebrations. It only remembers winners. And the last time Kai Havertz was one, he was wearing blue..."
@PoojaMedia Obviously he's not a trophy but for me he's a stepping stone to getting there lets celebrate this shift at least in the mix of all the bad things this season .
@renoomokri What happens to the facts that Nigeria has one of the highest manpower but work is not provided, In some cases jobs is base on who do you know so pls stop patronizing this government at the detriment of its people.
@renoomokri Just want to ask is election won by the governors or the people,if the president want he can have the whole governors for himself but we the people will vote all of them out because the power belongs to us.
I remember during the End SARS protests how passionately you supported the youth and how boldly you criticized Buhari / Tinubu at the time. Now your tone has completely changed. It makes people wonder can money influence loyalty that easily?
As the proverb says, “When the drumbeat changes, the dancer must ask who is paying the drummer.”
It’s hard not to see this as political convenience. One moment you stand with the people, the next you align with power. That kind of sudden shift makes you look like a chameleon changing colors to suit the environment.
Nigerians are watching. What we need is not selective activism or loyalty to individuals, but loyalty to the country. We need jobs, stable electricity, clean water, good roads, and real infrastructure. Is it too much to demand a working Nigeria?
At the end of the day, leadership and advocacy should not be about personal gain. It should be about the people.
@renoomokri It's really interesting that Nigeria doesn't 🇳🇬 have bad leaders any longer but rather bad followership coming from someone who was really critical about the leadership of the country. Your clearly telling us that we are really fools calling out on bad leaders right???
@renoomokri 50 Cent visited Nigeria in December 2004.
Kanye West visited Nigeria in December 2007.
Chris Brown visited Nigeria in December 2012.
Mark Zuckerberg visited Nigeria in August 2016.
None of these esteemed individuals demarketed Nigeria despite its challenges, NA ONLY YOU.
