The media is complicit in Trump’s rise to power; they normalized and dignified him when he should’ve been treated like the toxic stain he is. Now the media needs to hold him to account. And never let up.
Wow. I might be late to this conversation, but @MeetThePress felt like a clear depiction of a man in complete exhaustion — someone who has spent years selling a version of reality that is no longer sustainable, and who seems deeply tired that others have failed to embrace it as truth.
January 6th was — and will remain — a stain on our nation’s history. We all watched it unfold, and those of us who lived through it will continue to make sure the truth is remembered.

Donald Trump’s greatest legacy is the destruction of truth. His greatest legacy is convincing half the country to not accept the results of elections their side loses. His greatest legacy is convincing half the country to believe that any election their side lost was “rigged.”
@JasonSman21@4mambo During covid lockdowns, immigration levels dropped off and suddenly nobody was available to do all the jobs others dont want to do.
Everyone wants the services, hate the immigrants but dont want to do what many of them do.
What are your answers for that?
@aravosis My Mum was the sweetest soul you could meet.
Now, with her advanced dementia she is a nasty, aggressive, unrecognisable shell of her former self.
Its heartbreaking, its cruel and its demeaning.
