@SouthwestAir So you know I’m 2 for 2 on planes today with Wi-Fi that doesn’t work. It’s very frustrating traveling for business and you can’t depend on your Wi-Fi. That’s one of your perks of being A List Preferred but it no longer matters as the Wi-Fi is not dependable.
