The Fedorov case isn’t about one minister. It’s about a strain of cynicism in Ukraine’s elite: the belief that politics can never be transformational, that governing without corruption is impossible, and that anyone who thinks otherwise is naive. It’s very post-Soviet take.
Remember the core stock market philosophy: First they fuck the bulls, then they fuck the bears. Sometimes they fuck the bears first, just to keep it fresh. Either way, someone's getting fucked, and if you picked the wrong side, it's you.
Poland does not support Ukraine in anything concrete. Please stop lying.
1) Poland continues to block agricultural exports from Ukraine.
2) PiS and Confederation are fanning a Ukrainophobic campaign against Ukrainians using discourse that is used by Russia and which is leading to violence against Ukrainians in Poland.
3) Poland, like Russia, are dictating to Ukraine what should be their history and memory politics.
4) Polish historians and politicians refuse to acknowledge the killing of 30,000 Ukrainians by AK and nationalist partisans in the 1940s.
5) Polish military aid to Ukraine is insignificant today.
6) Poland is not cooperating with Ukraine on the production of drones or anti-ballistic air defence.
7) Poland will not participate in a Reassurance Force in Ukraine after a ceasefire.
8) Polish businesses DEMAND they have preferential access to contracts in the rebuilding of Ukraine.
9) Nawrocki and Kaczynsky are opposed to Ukraine joining the EU.
10) Nawrocki has always opposed Ukraine joining the EU and NATO.
Truman fired MacArthur.
Civilian oversight of the military is paramount in a democracy. Given there is a conflict between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the civilian President Zelenskyy must sack the top military commander, Oleksandr Syrskyi.
People from the U.S. are wondering why Canada is consistently on fire every summer….our govt lights forests on fire to prove climate change is real to the retards so they can justify a 4th carbon tax increase because the climate is apparently like a stripper, where you can throw money at it to do stuff.
I’m afraid Mykhailo Fedorov may have been the last top-tier civilian executive willing to take on the Ministry of Defense, carry out fundamental reforms, and wage a relentless fight against inefficiency and corruption, at least for the foreseeable future.
I genuinely don’t understand how, after this, anyone else could be persuaded to step into that perpetually stagnant swamp and try to change it.
There are discussions about dismissing General Oleksandr Syrskyi from his position as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, along with removing Fedorov as Minister of Defense. However, simply replacing Syrskyi without implementing the reforms initiated by Fedorov will not achieve the results Ukrainian society is expecting.
At the same time, many Ukrainians are demanding not only Syrskyi’s dismissal but also criminal investigations into the serious recent scandals in which his name has been mentioned.
❗️“According to estimates, the average lifespan of a Russian recruit immediately after arriving on the battlefield in Ukraine is only 20–30 minutes,” stated CIA Director Ratcliffe.
Carney fired Air Canada’s CEO because he shamefully didn’t speak French.
This week he hired American, Maia Johnson, as his COO.
Maia Johnson does not speak French.

Why did The Guardian and The Economist cite the Polish number of 100,000 Poles killed in the 1940s by Ukrainians but completely ignore the number of Ukrainians who were killed by Poles in the 1940s?
The academic estimate for the number of Poles killed is 50,000 (P.R. Magocsi) and 50-70,000 (T. Snyder).
The academic estimate for the number of Ukrainians killed is 20,000 (Magocsi) and 30,000 (Ukrainian Catholic University, Lviv).
By only citing an exaggerated number of 100,000 Poles killed The Guardian and The Economist do injustice to 20-30,000 Ukrainians who were murdered as well as deepening Polish nationalist victimisation.

Ukraine has never demanded Poland halt its glorification of fascist anti-Semite Roman Dmowski, leader of Endecja, who denied the existence of a Ukrainian nation. Ukraine has never demanded Poland halt the glorification of the AK and "cursed soldiers" who murdered 30,000 Ukrainian civilians.
Ukrainians are more mature than Poles and believe its up to Poland to decide who are its heroes.
Ukrainians expect the same equal treatment from Poland. Poles - and Russians - need to accept it is up to Ukrainians to decide who their heroes are.
Ukrainians, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians and other Europeans are fed up with the Polish victimisation complex.
