[Leonard Berry @ProfLenBerry]

I just watched the most wonderful Tedx Talk and wanted to share it with you. Dr. Katie Deming’s speech titled “How to Talk to Someone with Cancer” is based in part on research she and I did with three other researchers.

@ProfLenBerry Just watched it. Beautiful beautiful talk. Thank you for sharing it, Len. 🙂👍

Matthew McConaughey (born and raised in Uvalde, TX) gave an emotional speech about the gun reform a few hours ago in the WH. We all hope that this time it would pass. We need to do something to stop loosing people to this madness! Thank you @McConaughey!

@Sling your Apple TV app is terrible. We wanted to watch the Mavericks vs. GSW game with my boys and we couldn’t watch it at all. You guys ruined our Friday night fun!

And then I tried the @Sling app on my Samsung TV. Guess what happened! It freezes every 10 seconds 🤦‍♂️ oh good God! @

I tried using your phone app and mirror it to the Apple TV but that also doesn’t work! Do you guys have an app that actually works?! What a frustration! 😡

Who says you can’t teach effectively via zoom? Just wrapped up a 3-day bootcamp on Statistics using R for our incoming MS students @giesbusiness .

Love love love teaching first time R users and love it even more when they appreciate the effort!

And the check is confiscated. Seriously, @chase? Is this how you build relationship your new customers? You will simply lose them from day one. You lost her already. Period.

My wife studied hard for two years to start her career from scratch, became a cloud architect, and found a job at a tech start-up.

She was so excited when she received her first paycheck and deposited to her new @Chase checking account, the account is blocked by the bank.

Worked so hard day and night (even on Sundays), recently completed her DevOps certification program, accepted a job offer last week, and will soon start working remotely as an AWS cloud architect at a San Francisco based tech start-up.

[Altay Dikeç @AltayDikec]

@LisaB_Marie1 I'm very sorry for your loss, my friend. 😔

[Altay Dikeç @AltayDikec]

@mikeshaub I guess we were pretty close 🙂

Teaching marketing concepts and theories without providing a hands on experience is not much different than expecting basketball players to learn to play basketball by just reading a book.

They can learn the rules of the game but they won't be able to play well without practice.

[Altay Dikeç @AltayDikec]

All my students looked very excited and vast majority of them said they never worked with a real client. I believe they will learn a lot from these projects and will have an impressive story to tell the recruiters that would differentiate them in their job interviews.
