Why this is a Bitcoin story and not just a @elonmusk story:

@Tesla bought $1.5B of $BTC in Feb 2021, sold 75% in 2022, kept 11,509.

@SpaceX bought in 2021 too and never sold 18,712, tracked on-chain.

Today those sit on two balance sheets. Merged, they're one 30,221 $BTC position (~$2.5B) inside a ~$3.5T company.

That's the 6th-largest public corporate treasury, and it's controlled by the man whose tweets moved $BTC 20% in a day.

The hurdle is real: a Tesla merger needs 50% of ALL shares outstanding, not just votes cast. Musk's words: "quite a high hurdle."
