@Ryanair Charged £120 (£60 each) at the gate for 2 of us — hand luggage “didn’t fit” the sizer. Same bags flew outbound with zero issue. Onboard saw dozens of identical or larger bags in overhead bins. This hit 6 of us at the back of the queue. Inconsistent enforcement again.
